Can I rotate pages to arbitrary angles like 45 degrees?

The tool supports standard PDF rotation values: 90, 180, and 270 degrees. Arbitrary angle rotation is not supported as PDF page rotation is defined in 90-degree increments in the PDF specification.

Will rotating a PDF reduce its quality?

No. Page rotation is a metadata operation and does not re-render or re-compress any page content. All images, text, and graphics remain at full original quality.

Can I rotate pages in a password-protected PDF?

Does rotating a page affect the file size?
